Andrew is a co-Founder of EduTerra Global Education and serves as the Executive Chairman of Terra Education. Andrew has extensive experience managing and catapulting the growth of international education and volunteer programs. He served as senior vice president for the non-profit international travel program Cross-Cultural Solutions, where he helped build programs from scratch into a network of 14 countries and 2,500 volunteers. Throughout his career, he has worked with several tech startups, but his passion has always been experiential education. Andrew is a graduate of Lawrence University and has done graduate studies in non-profit management at New School University in New York City. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
Peter is a co-Founder of EduTerra Global Education and serves as CEO of Terra Education. Most recently, Peter was Managing Director at Tana Africa Capital, a leading Africa-focused investment company. Previously he did interim management work in West Africa in the banking, telecommunication and consumer goods sectors. Peter was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company, where he was based out of the Johannesburg office and did project work in Europe and Africa. Peter is a German citizen; he holds a Master’s degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Aachen, an honors degree in Law from the University of Hagen, and a degree in Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
